Wapiworld terms of service

Last updated: August 28, 2026. These terms govern use of Wapiworld services operated by Waiterio LLC.

Authorized use

You are responsible for your account, credentials, sender authorization, message recipients, content, consent, and compliance with applicable law and third-party platform rules.

Messaging

Message sending is non-idempotent. A timeout or server error can represent an uncertain outcome and must not be treated as permission to resend automatically. Transport acceptance does not establish delivery or reading.

Data and credentials

Keep API keys, OAuth tokens, QR pairing material, instance secrets, proxy credentials, and webhook signing secrets confidential. Do not submit restricted data where it is not required.

Commercial terms

Wapiworld does not publish a self-service price table on this site. Any paid use is governed by the commercial terms presented or agreed for the account; do not infer pricing from technical availability.

Availability and changes

The service may evolve, and third-party WhatsApp or Meta services may change independently. Contact info@wapiworld.com with questions.
