Information Wapiworld processes

Wapiworld processes account and organization details, project and sender-instance configuration, API-key metadata, OAuth grants, webhook configuration, and security and operational logs needed to provide and protect the service.

WhatsApp and recorded content

Wapiworld processes data needed to connect sender instances and transmit requested messages. Message recording is opt-in and resolved by project, instance, and chat policy. When enabled, recorded rows may contain third-party conversation content and sensitive identifiers. Retention follows the configured project policy.

Agent and developer surfaces

The public MCP excludes recorded bodies and previews, sender names, chat or contact identifiers, message identifiers, QR pairing data, API keys, instance secrets, proxy credentials, webhook signing secrets, complete webhook URLs, and raw provider errors.

Sharing and security

Wapiworld uses service providers to operate infrastructure, authentication, monitoring, and support. Access is restricted according to operational need. Credentials should never be sent by email.

You can revoke OAuth connections, delete API keys, change recording policy, and contact us about access, correction, deletion, or other applicable data rights.
